the Rare Tumor web site raretumors.org is shaping up.
A lot of people promised to send cases and information to put in, but the contributions, up to now, have been very few.
The web site has the pretence to be a “virtual” book where to put and receive information on the rare tumors, but everyone collaboration is indispensable.
If you would like to go and visit the site you will see that it is very easy to look the case list up, with the possibility to examine, on the computer, some virtual clinical and histological cases, as you would look at them at the microscope; it is also not particularly difficult to insert new cases or information, to take part to the forum or do other activities...
Thank you to all who would like to collaborate with the web site: it will be useful not only for yourselves but for everyone who visit it and in particular for those who, only with a lot of difficulties, could have access to up-to date information; my recent visit to the colleagues in Cuba it’s just an example of this.
