We asked each of the 140 participants in the Meeting on Rare Tumours held in Milan on November 30th to respond to a questionnaire regarding their likes and dislikes about the meeting as an educational event. Here are the final results, with 89 people responding: 1. How do you judge the relevance of the treated issues in relation to your continuing medical education and professional development (86 responses)? Non-relevant: 0 Little relevant: 2 (2.3%) Moderately relevant: 14 (16.3%) Quite relevant: 50 (58.1%) Highly relevant: 20 (23.3%) 2. How do you judge the educational quality of the meeting (85 responses)? Poor: 0 Neither poor nor good: 3 (3.5%) Satisfying: 16 (18.7%) Good: 45 (53%) Excellent: 21(24.8%) 3. How do you judge the efficacy of the meeting in relation to your continuing medical education and professional development (89 responses)? Effective (I have not learnt anything useful to my clinical activity): 0 Partially effective (it has confirmed I need not modifying my clinical activity): 2 (2.2%) Moderately effective (I feel stimulated to modify some sides of my clinical activity, providing further information is added): 32 (35.9%) Effective (I feel stimulated to modify some sides of my clinical activity): 46 (51.8%) Very effective (I feel definitely stimulated to modify some sides of my clinical activity): 9 (10.1%). |
